Who We Are

Spearhead Health is a private consulting and concierge case management company. We help individuals and families that are struggling with substance abuse, mental health disorders, maladaptive patterns, and behavioral challenges. We are a dynamic team of behavioral healthcare professionals, here to guide you through all stages of the recovery process.

At Spearhead Health, we believe in matching services and experience to our clients unique needs. We determine the needs of our clients through an assessment which guides our team in the development of creating a customized care plan. Many of our clients fall into different stages of progress in their recovery journey. Depending on what stage someone is in, we have a wide range of services to meet the needs of our clients and their support system. We act as recovery advocates ensuring the best standard of care for our clients and their families.

Our mission is to create a shift; a positive and lasting impact on the family and individual struggling with substance use and or mental health challenges. This mission drives our why, which is to give families the best experience possible while engaging in the process of healing and recovery.

We utilize these principles in our internal and external decision making. Our team members, clinicians, coaches, and providers work within these parameters. We believe that everyone has a seat at the table, including the clients and families that we help. We remain integrative, open-minded, and solution driven in our approach to recovery and overall wellness. As we usher in a new decade, we understand that the recovery and mental health landscape are changing. We are here to find the best path for you, and we will tirelessly explore all of the options and resources available to us. There are many paths to the top of the mountain.

Professional Integration

It’s common that providing Comprehensive Case Management often means that Spearhead Health works alongside other professionals to maximize the recovery process for our participants. We have great experience working under certain constructs and have become adept at anticipating the needs of these professionals thus providing a seamless Collaborative Care Experience. We find that it’s important for other professionals to see the precise ways we work with various professional resources in varying fields.

Trust/Estate Advisors

Spearhead Health offers confidential, collaborative care in servicing participants alongside estate lawyers, trustees, family advisors, and family assistants or consultants.

Legal Professionals

Each legal branch requires unique services from our team and we readily work within these parameters to provide counsel with the necessary information and crisis intervention so that they can enhance legal representation on the participants behalf.

Educational Consultants

At Spearhead Health we commonly work with Educational Consultants as many of our clients are seeking alternative schooling or working to admit into a college setting.

Healthcare Professionals

At Spearhead Health we regularly work alongside Psychiatrists, Therapists, Treatment Facilities, Medical Doctors and various Practitioners. We act as the centralized brain of information to ensure constant communication amongst a team of professionals.
