Sabrina is a Marriage and Family Therapy Student Intern in her last year of her Graduate Degree at Touro University. She previously got a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Miami and was born and raised in Manhattan, New York. Her background is in Mental Health Coaching and Substance Use Disorder Recovery Coaching. She also is familiar with Borderline Personality Disorder, Executive Functioning Disorder, PTSD, Learning Disabilities, Depression, and Anxiety.

She is certified by the Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Providers of New York State (ASAP-NYCB) in Mental Health First Aid, and Medication Assisted Recovery/Treatment. In addition, she holds a certification in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Foundations from New Roads Behavioral Health’s trainer Eric Schmidt, MSSW, LCSW. Lastly, she is a Certified Recovery Peer Advocate (CRPA) through the Connecticut Center for Addiction Recovery Training with a background in Ethical Considerations for Recovery Coaches.
